Citigroup has named co-heads of its investment banking division advising financial institutions, following the move of Peter Babej to lead its business in Asia Pacific last year.

Citi has named Stefan Wintels, who stepped back from leading the European financial institutions group in July 2018 to focus on the bank’s Brexit plans, as global head of the unit alongside US-based Christian Anderson, according to an internal memo seen by Financial News.
