Citigroup memo asks Emea staff to ‘reacquaint’ themselves with the office

Citigroup is preparing to increase the number of staff in its London operation over the coming weeks, with European boss David Livingstone encouraging employees to "reacquaint" themselves with the office.

Livingstone, Citi's head of Europe, the Middle East and Africa, made the comments in a 10 September memo to staff seen by Financial News.
