Citigroup has raised Nkr2.6bn (€315m) on behalf of Gjensidige NOR Forsikring, a Norwegian insurer, through the sale of shares in DnB NOR, Norway's largest financial group.

Citigroup sold 41 million shares through an accelerated bookbuild this morning. The shares were placed at Nkr63, in the middle of Nkr62.50 to Nkr63.50 price range.
