Citigroup has bolstered its global energy group with the addition of former Lehman Brothers executive Chris Miller and the transfer of Ronnie Hawkins from Citigroup's Latin America investment banking team.

Chris Miller comes aboard as a managing director and head of upstream energy in investment banking. He will be dealing with clients in the exploration and production sectors, according to a memo seen by Financial News.
