Citigroup has moved to bolster its investment banking operations in France, adding two senior bankers from UBS as it continues to tap its Switzerland-based rival for talent.

Gregoire Haemmerle is joining Citi as head of France corporate and investment banking as well as  investment banking operations for other French-speaking countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, according to a memo announcing the appointment.
