Citigroup to stick with hybrid working policy as rivals push for office return

The US bank is maintaining its three days a week in the office rule for employees, while its Wall Street peers have tightened up policies

Citigroup is set to stick with its policy for its employees of three days a week in the office, even as many of its rivals have tightened their hybrid working rules.

The Wall Street bank’s chief executive Jane Fraser said in a call with senior staff that the bank was sticking with its existing policy, which allows employees to work from home for two days each week.
