Citigroup has appointed long-serving banker Michael Lavelle as vice-chair of global financing as the Wall Street bank bolsters the new group’s leadership.
Lavelle, who has spent almost three decades at Citi, will report to Achintya Mangla, head of financing for investment banking, according to an internal memo seen by Financial News.
