Sandy Weill, chief executive of Citigroup has brought in a new corporate strategy chief in the latest senior management change at the financial services conglomerate.

Weill has hired Deborah Hopkins, a former chief financial officer of Lucent Technologies as head of corporate strategy and a member of the bank's management committee.
