London’s financial district to move into Tier 2 when lockdown ends

The restrictions London was under prior to the national lockdown have been toughened up

London will be placed under Tier 2 coronavirus restrictions once the national lockdown ends on 2 December.

This includes all 32 London boroughs and the City of London, according to the government's website.
