Numis Securities has warned of the financial impact of Brexit on its main trading and advisory businesses.

In a statement published ahead of its annual general meeting on February 5, the UK stockbroker said falls in stock markets and the current political situation in the UK had combined to dampen sentiment among both its corporate and institutional clients in recent months.
