City firms eye diversity spin-off as CBI set to cut overseas presence

Boardroom diversity campaigners, including some of the City's biggest firms, are looking to go it alone with a key project after misconduct allegations engulfed the Confederation of British Industry.

Aviva, Schroders, Deloitte, EY and others are looking to take the Change the Race Ratio campaign independent, according to the Financial Times, which cites people with knowledge of the discussions.
