The former UK head of UBS, who now leads the body tasked with cleaning up the bond markets, has joined a financial technology company that hopes to be the Android of trading.

OpenFin, which counts Bain Capital Ventures, JPMorgan and Michael Spencer's NEX Group among its investors, said that Mark Yallop has joined as a non-executive director.
