The City of London Corporation has signed an agreement with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, to garner closer collaboration between the financial and professional services sectors in both cities.

The cities will attempt to cooperate in the areas of: fintech and innovation; asset management; developing standards in areas such as green finance and environmental, social and governance investment; and promoting, retaining and growing mutual investment activity in light of Brexit.
