‘Competitive’ tax to help London as bonus caps under review, City minister says

The UK’s financial services sector will benefit from “competitive tax rates”, City minister John Glen said.

The reassurances come after a cabinet reshuffle last week, where Glen remained in his position as City minister. He is the longest-serving economic secretary to the Treasury since the post was created in 1947.
