City minister Tulip Siddiq has resigned from her government post following questions about her links to an alleged corruption probe into her family in Bangladesh.

In December, Siddiq was named in an investigation by Bangladesh’s Anti-Corruption Commission into her aunt — the country’s former prime minister, Sheikh Hasina, who was ousted last year.
