City Networks, the London-based treasury, securities and derivatives software developer, has promoted Janet Yagle as a director in its New York office, responsible for North American operations. She will be responsible for maintaining and building relations with the firm's clients and will oversee expansion of the business.

Yagle has been with the firm for 12 years, and has had several roles in the areas of sales, implementation, support and management. In a separate move, Marcus Dutton, previously managing director the New York office and head of the North American operations, has relocated to the UK as product strategy director.
