The City of London Corporation has elected a senior partner at PwC as its next Lord Mayor, who will be a global ambassador for the UK-based financial and professional services industries.

Charles Bowman will succeed the current Lord Mayor Andrew Parmley in November and serve the usual one-year term, the corporation announced today.
