Ken Costa, the former Lazard International chairman and head of mergers and acquisitions at UBS, has become a partner at a private wealth firm advising clients on allocations to real estate and other asset classes.

Costa has been named partner at London-based LJ Partnership, which will rebrand next year as Alvarium Investments. He will become co-chairman alongside Andrew Williams, a former executive of property group Cushman & Wakefield.
