Office space across four floors in the City of London’s iconic Royal Exchange has been sold in a deal that gives a London property investor its first purchase in the Square Mile.

Resolution Property, a 20-year-old investment firm with a portfolio spanning the UK, Germany, France and the Netherlands, has bought 68,000 square feet of multi-let offices in the Royal Exchange, on Bank Junction.
