Mark O'Hare, founder of the UK shareholder information research provider, Citywatch, has started a telephone company which seeks to offer cut price calls and shares in itself to customers.

O'Hare, a former Boston Consulting man, said he is prepared to consider the idea of floating the company, called Share-Dial, in two years time, if it develops according to plan.
