The European Association of Central Counterparty Clearing Houses, pan-European clearing body, has appointed a senior manager from Nordic exchange operator OMX to be its chairman.

Ann Flodström, who will continue in her role as head of derivatives clearing at OMX, becomes chairman on at the beginning of next year. The term runs for two years.
