Clearstream International, the Deutsche Börse-owned international central securities depository has acquired Filinks, the order routeing software development subsidiary of CDC Ixis Capital Markets, the Paris-based broking and information firm.

The acquisition will enable Clearstream to incorporate Filinks' Fors order routeing technology into its Vestima investment funds processing service.
