Clessidra up for sale following founder's death

The widow of Clessidra founder Claudio Sposito, Manuela Del Castillo Sposito, is in talks to sell her 79% stake in the Italian private equity firm to a third party, according to people familiar with the matter.

A number of Italian and international buyers have expressed interest in the business, one of the people said, adding that "any decision will be taken in partnership with the other shareholders".
