The circumstances surrounding Eliot Spitzer’s downfall are to be aired publicly as his enemies pick over the near minute-by-minute account of the New York state governor's alleged liaison with a prostitute detailed in a Federal court complaint.

The complaint alleges that a prostitution ring referred to as the “Emperors Club” carried out activities that violated US laws.
