One of the largest law firms in the world has dropped off the UK market watchdog's panel of firms that assist with investigations.
Clifford Chance is among a handful of well-known, UK-based advisory firms missing from the Financial Conduct Authority's newly-updated Skilled Person Panel, published this week on the regulator's website. Also absent are law firm Hogan Lovells, global consulting firms Accenture and FTI Consulting as well as regulatory advisors Alvarez & Marsal.
