Clifford Chance has appointed two corporate partners to its Madrid office, bringing the number of lawyers in the office's corporate practice to 41.

José María Fernández-Daza joins Clifford Chance from a firm that he set up, specialising in corporate and corporate finance work. He is also a professor of civil law on the Masters Programme at the Instituto de Empresas in Madrid, and a state lawyer to the High Court of Madrid.
