Law firm Clifford Chance has hired Monica Sah from Morgan Stanley to join the firm's financial regulatory and markets practice as a partner in the London office. Sah was a managing director and head of legal for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australia. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2004, Monica Sah was a senior associate in the same Clifford Chance regulatory practice that she is now rejoining.
