Climate Change Capital, a UK merchant bank which provides financial services to companies affected by environmental policy, has created three new senior roles.

The group has appointed Mark Bell as chief operating officer. He has 18 year's experience in financial services, including nine years at Deutsche Bank where he was chief financial officer for global equities amongst other roles.
