Graham Cloke, a banker specialising in equity-linked origination at Credit Suisse First Boston in London, has left the firm.

Cloke reported to Frank Heitmann, head of the European convertibles group at CSFB. He previously worked at Citigroup and is believed to be moving to the US. He could not be reached for comment.
