The Chicago Mercantile Exchange, the largest US derivatives exchange, is to set up a hub in Asia in a bid to boost the region's interest in its derivatives contracts.

The Chicago-based exchange will offer all the products traded on its Globex platform, including Eurodollar contracts, S&P 500 index products and currency futures and options.
