LOS ANGELES — One billion people around the world will use cryptocurrency technology in one way or another by the end of this decade, Coinbase Global CEO Brian Armstrong said at the Milken Institute's 2022 Global Conference.

Joining Armstrong on stage in Beverly Hills, California, was Ark Invest CEO Cathie Wood, another outspoken crypto bull and early investor in digital assets and blockchain technology. Coinbase is the fifth-largest holding of the Ark Innovation exchange-traded fund, the company's flagship product.
