Coller spin-out Headway raises €52m

Headway Capital Partners has become the second company to spin out of Coller Capital, a firm specialising in trading private equity stakes, after three of its former executives raised €52m ($63.2m) for their first fund.

Headway follows Greenpark Capital, another London-based private equity trading or secondaries firm, whose investment team worked at Coller Capital before spinning out in 2000.
