Coller Capital is preparing to raise the world's largest secondaries fund. It is looking for up to $3.7bn (€2.9bn). Credit Suisse is acting as placement agent to the fund.
The previous fund, Coller IV, had a 40% internal rate of return since closing, according to an investor, its performance achieved thanks to its strategy of buying large portfolios of private equity investments from investors that have decided to cut their holding in the asset class.
