Collins Stewart Portfolio Management, part of broker Collins Stewart, has said it plans to float a fund of hedge funds that will charge no management fees, the first London-traded fund to do so.

Kevin Boscher, the fund's lead manager, said: "The fund has been designed to align our remuneration interests with those of our investors by offering a performance fee only structure. We are aware of concerns regarding various fund of hedge funds' performance and fees."
