The wealth management division of UK broker Collins Stewart said net new money rose by £182m in the first half of the year, with assets under management reaching £5bn.

Collins Stewart Wealth Management said total operating profit fell 10% to £6.1m in the first half, with revenues down 5% as a result of falling transaction volumes.
