Coming from America: fund managers shrug off Brexit to grow in London

Uncertainty over the post-Brexit world has not been enough to dissuade a group of US investment firms from setting up shop in the City

US asset managers have reaffirmed commitments to grow their businesses in London despite the UK’s impending withdrawal from the European Union.

Several US investment groups have opened offices in the UK to bolster assets outside their domestic market, with OppenheimerFunds, Thornburg Investment Management and Boston Partners among the line-up of recent arrivals.
