The sector has faced fresh challenges over the past 12 months, including major regulatory changes, a volatile trading environment and geopolitical uncertainty. The individuals included have helped their firm or the wider industry to not just weather these storms, but also thrive.
Some have greatly expanded their businesses through mergers. Others have built new companies using novel technologies, or driven change within their own organisation and the wider industry.
