Commerzbank Securities has made two senior internal appointments in its debt capital markets division, as it continues the restructuring which began several months ago.

Ulrich Hoeck becomes head of debt origination, while Michael Spitz fills the role of head of debt syndication, replacing Hans Lentz, who left the bank to join BNP Paribas as head of financial institutions syndicate in May.
