A female executive at Commerzbank has scored a rare legal victory by winning a sexual discrimination and harassment claim against the German lender at a London employment tribunal.

Jagruti Rajput, who has worked in Commerzbank’s UK compliance department for five years, was “sidelined” and subjected to derogatory stereotypes after returning from maternity leave in 2016, an employment judge has ruled.
