Commerzbank Securities has made two hires for sales and trading in its emerging markets debt team.

Mark Shillam joins as a credit trader focusing on emerging market debt. He joins from Moscow Narodny Bank in London, where he worked for more than a decade. Shillam held a number of roles at the Russian bank, including derivatives trader, treasury analyst and most recently external debt trader.
