Commerzbank Securities has appointed Marc Bajer as head of global debt origination.

Bajer is leaving Barclays Capital as a director of fixed income with responsibility for asset securitisation. He has more than 20 years' experience in capital markets, working for Kidder Peabody, Morgan Stanley and Bear Stearns.
