Commerzbank Securities, the integrated bonds, equities and M&A division of Commerzbank, has appointed Rajan Russell as head of pan-European convertible bonds.

Russell joins Commerzbank Securities from Morgan Stanley Dean Witter where he ran international convertible bond sales.
