Some Commerzbank shareholders have again called for an official withdrawal of confidence from the bank's management board, based on its decision to buy Dresdner Bank, Commerzbank said on Tuesday.

Shareholders also want a special audit of how Commerzbank management completed the acquisition and merger process, Commerzbank said.
