Owner Commerzbank aims to retain leading fund managers at Jupiter Asset Management by offering them fresh equity incentives, following the departure of founder John Duffield.

'We offer such arrangements at our other fund management divisions, and believe that this system works well to incentivise people,' said a spokesperson at Commerzbank.
