Kent T. Scott, managing director of Commonfund Capital, an investment manager for institutional investors, is relocating to the firm's San Francisco office. He will be joined by three new hires: Jeffrey A. Stabler, managing director of consultant relations, and directors in client service Jennifer J. Seidler and Issa Brant. Stabler was previously vice president of global consultant relations for WHV Investment Management and director, head of consultant relations at RCM, a company of Allianz Global Investors. Seidler joins from an independent consulting practice in San Francisco, while Brandt was formerly a relationship manager at Allianz Global Investors/RCM in San Francisco.
