It’s nearly a decade since the UK voted to leave the EU, but financial services firms still face a raft of regulatory challenges.

Some firms with a presence in both London and the EU still haven’t got to grips with new compliance demands, according to regulatory experts. Meanwhile, uncertainty remains over the potential burden divergence will place on banks, asset managers and trading groups.
