Former Towers Perrin (TP) executive Lesley Little has quit as leader of Vanguard's office in London, fuelling speculation that she will be replaced by another consultant.

Her former chief at TP, John Conroy, has denied that he is set to take her job, in an enhanced role, and expected to offer high remuneration.
