Paul Sweeting and Sorca Kelly, who left investment consultant Towers Perrin last month, will reappear at Rothschild Asset Management and Frank Russell, respectively.

Sweeting is joining Rothschild as an assistant director in the UK institutional client service team. The former senior consultant at Towers Perrin, who began his career in 1992, was responsible for co-ordinating manager research across all asset classes. He specialised in fixed income and alternative investments but was also involved in asset liability modelling, performance measurement, manager structure and selection.
