Consumer champion Bradley joins UK regulator

Anna Bradley, director of the UK's National Consumer Council, is joining the Financial Services Authority in its latest attempt to help the public understand better the financial system.

Bradley takes up her new post as director of consumer affairs at the end of the year. She will be reporting to FSA managing director, John Tiner, and will work closely with the Financial Services Compensation Schem and the Financial Ombudsman Service.
