Convicted Libor rigger Tom Hayes will hear whether the Criminal Cases Review Commission has decided to refer his case to the Court of Appeal by December 10.

The CCRC, an independent body responsible for investigating suspected miscarriages of justice, told Hayes' lawyer Karen Todner in a 25 November email seen by Financial News that a decision on the case would be issued within the next three weeks.
